Frequently Asked Questions

A quick guide to how Crawls.bar works.

No. You can browse public Crews, Crawls, and Bars without signing in. An account is required when you want to join or participate in areas that require membership.

A Crew is a group of people who organize around the Crawls they attend or host. Crews can have their own name, icon, visibility, members, and Crawls.

A Crawl is an organized bar-crawl event with its own date, location, schedule, participating Bars, and access settings. A Crawl can be associated with a Crew and managed by its Crawl Admins and Managers.

Public means anyone can view the available public details and request membership when allowed. Members Only limits access to members and eligible requests. Private is invite-only and does not allow open membership requests.

Bars are the venues that participate in Crawls. Bar information can include location, hours, crawl availability, capacity, menus, specials, photos, and other information used when planning a Crawl.

Crawls.bar is designed to protect personal information. Public pages do not expose your real name, email address, or phone number to other users unless the applicable privacy settings and permissions allow it.
